The art of Filipino weapon combat.
Eskrima is a dynamic Filipino weapon-based system in which you train with sticks, knives, and unarmed applications. But Eskrima is not about collecting techniques. You learn the principles behind combat: timing, distance, coordination, control, and adaptive action.
You learn not only to execute a move, but to understand what is happening. What changes when the distance decreases? What do you do when an attack unfolds differently than expected? And how do you adapt when your opponent, environment, or situation changes?
That is precisely what makes Eskrima so versatile. The skills you develop with weapons translate directly to unarmed self-defense and handling everyday or improvised objects.
No fixed patterns. No endless collection of techniques. Learn the principles. Understand the fight. Adapt.

Eskrima, Kali, and Arnis are umbrella terms for Philippine martial arts. You learn to handle and fight both armed and unarmed.
From stick and knife to empty hands: Eskrima is a systematically structured fighting system in which timing, speed, coordination, and effectiveness take center stage.
Not isolated techniques, but a logical system in which skills constantly reinforce one another.
Eskrima develops speed, coordination, suppleness, and agility. The techniques are practical and seamlessly integrate with other martial arts and self-defense systems.
